with Olive Oil can be listed between meals of the region. Great salads, appetizers
and pastry fillings are prepared from herbs like arapsaçı, rezene, tarakotu (
iğnelik ), turpotu, radika, ısırgan otu, ebegümeci, wild herbs which grew up in
